It all started back in the day as a naive teenager, armed with a flashlight and pointing it at whatever my dad was working on. In between the hammer blows and swearing, I absorbed all the knowledge I could about how stuff works and—more importantly—how to fix it. Little did I know that those adventures would shape my destiny as a handyman today.

It first started in 2012 in front of a computer, where I created how-to guides for DIY projects and produced repair manuals for all kinds of products, like power tools and outdoor equipment.

In 2015, my wife and I bought our first house, and I made a vow—amidst the excitement and moving boxes—that I would do all the home upkeep myself.

I embarked on a renovation frenzy, refinishing kitchen cabinets, installing new floors, upgrading countless light fixtures, and repainting every single room in the house. I also built a privacy lattice fence for our back patio, replaced the water heater, and ran all new electrical in the attic. To say the least, sparks were flying (metaphorically speaking).

I still have the same passion for home repair that I did on moving day. And armed with experience, tools, and a sense of humor, I'll fix your home’s pesky problems and make it feel the same way that mine does to me.
